This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when you use the OnDeck Audio mobile application ("the App").

We built this App to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, share, or sell any personal data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

• No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or create a password to use the App.
• No Analytics or Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics software, usage tracking, or crash reporting tools. Your activity within the App remains completely private.
• No Advertising Data: The App does not contain advertisements, and we do not collect or share data with advertising networks.

2. Device Permissions and Local Data

To provide its core functionality as an audio soundboard, the App requires certain permissions on your device:

• Apple Music & Media Library: We request permission to access your Apple Music library so you can select and play tracks you have downloaded to your device.
• Files and Local Storage: We request permission to import audio files from your device's local storage.

Crucial Note on Media Handling: All audio files, playlists, and roster configurations you create or import remain 100% locally on your device. We do not upload, sync, or transmit your audio files, song choices, or player names to any external servers, cloud databases, or third parties.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App is completely free of in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not collect or process any payment information.

4. Children's Privacy

While the App is designed to be used at youth sporting events, the App itself is intended for use by parents, coaches, and adults. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Since the App collects no personal data whatsoever, no children's data is ever at risk.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
